To return, exchange, or report any other issue with your order, please use the form below.

Please note, all returns and exchanges must be in compliance with our return policy:

  • All returns and exchange requests must be made within seven days of original purchase if purchased from our studio or from the delivery date if ordered online.

  • All items must be in new, unused, and untampered condition with all original packaging.

  • The purchaser is responsible for paying additional return or exchange shipping fees. Returns and exchanges can also be processed in person at our studio during open hours.

  • All purchases made with a discount code are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • To qualify for a refund, items must be received back in our studio within two weeks of your original receipt of the package in new, unused condition, in all original packaging.

  • Upon receipt of products, we will issue a refund equal to the price paid for product or ship exchange goods. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We cannot process returns or exchanges for our products purchased from secondary retailers.
