Our wholesale policies are outlined below.
Opening Order Minimum: $200 | Reorder Minimum $100
All items must meet case pack requirements.
Wholesale orders can be placed through the form on our online wholesale portal or emailed to us at amina@handmadehabitat.co and we will send an invoice with Net 30 terms. Late payments incur a fee of 3% per day.
Opening orders must be paid up front, in full.
Orders ship within 1-3 weeks. Rush order fees apply.
Complimentary tea light scent sample packs are available prior to an opening order.
In-store samples are available for purchase.
All orders ship fully insured via USPS or UPS. Additional shipping fees apply to all wholesale orders.
Pick-up from our studio is available.
Handmade Habitat is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
To resolve shipment damages, please contact the shipping service directly.
Wholesale orders are not eligible for a refund. Items can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt but not after.
To qualify for exchange, items must be received back in our studio in new condition, in all original packaging.
