All custom order sales are final.

Custom candles are poured in batches of 48 per scent and label design.

Production will take 2-4 weeks after the order is received. Rush orders are available, but please contact us prior to ordering.

If placing an order with design services, lead times will be 4-8 weeks.

Your custom candle order includes custom label printing.

Customer has the option of providing a ready-to-print label for their custom candle, or working with our designer to create a unique label for their candle.

If providing your own label design, maximum dimensions are:

• 9 oz: 2.25”x8.75”

• 4 oz: 1.625”x7.5”
