About You: You are warm and friendly, love good scents and natural products, enjoy making things pretty, and can tie a good bow. :)
About the Job: Shopkeepers are responsible for maintaining retail operations including merchandising, developing relationships with customers, running front of house sales, and finding creative ways to engage our community. May also include some social media posting.
This position is in our studio shop in NE DC primarily on Saturdays 10-4. Must be available at least two Saturdays per month. Additional hours are possible. Starting pay is $17/hour with room to grow, and opportunities to earn commissions!

We have personally burnt out on social media and are looking for someone to take the reigns! We are primarily Instagram focused but are interested in someone who can also activate our Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok audiences with regular content, and to creatively engage with our community.
Pay is negotiable based on experience.
