Wholesale orders can be placed through our website. Fill out the inquiries form to request access!
Wholesale orders can be emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to send an invoice.
Invoice payments are due within 14 days of issue date.Late payments incur a fee of 3% per day.
Our current turnaround time for wholesale orders is 1-3 weeks.
Rush orders are available for an additional fee of 20% of the total order price.
Sample packs of our products are available for purchase prior to your opening order.
In-store samples are included in certain cases. See individual items for details.
Shipping, Pick-Up and Delivery
Orders ship via USPS Priority Shipping or UPS Ground Shipping at buyer's preference. Additional shipping fees apply.
If a different shipping method is preferred, please contact us to coordinate.
Upon shipment, the buyer will receive a tracking number.
Handmade Habitat is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We offer a flat delivery fee of $45 to any shop within 20 miles of our studio (zip code 20018).
Orders are available for pick-up from our Washington, DC studio at Off the Beaten Track Warehouse. Please contact us to schedule a pick-up time.
If an order was damaged in any way during shipment, please email (1) a photo of the damaged item, and (2) a photo of the shipment as opened to email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of package. Upon review, we will either send a replacement or apply a credit to a future order at the buyer's preference.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
