Ordering & Payment
Opening Order Minimum: $200 | Reorder Minimum $100
All items must meet case pack requirements.
Wholesale orders can be placed through our online wholesale portal or emailed to us at email@example.com and we will send an invoice with Net 30 terms. Late payments incur a fee of 3% per day.
Opening orders must be paid up front, in full.
Orders ship within 1-3 weeks. Rush order fees apply
To sample products prior to ordering, please contact us.
Complimentary tea light scent sample packs are available prior to an opening order.
In-store samples are included in all Case A pack options.
Shipping, Pick-Up & Delivery
All orders ship via USPS or UPS. Additional shipping fees apply. $15 flat rate local delivery available for shops in Washington, DC. Pick-up from our studio is available.
Handmade Habitat is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If an order was damaged in any way during shipment, please email:
(1) a photo of the damaged item, and
(2) a photo of the shipment as opened
to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt of the package.
Upon review, we will either send a replacement item, or apply a credit to a future order at the buyer’s preference. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
Wholesale orders are not eligible for a refund. Items can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt but not after. To qualify for exchange, items must be received back in our studio in new condition, in all original packaging. Additional shipping fees apply.
