I found these little flowers about 12 hours ago laying outside my studio-neighborhood Post Office, so of course I spent the morning staging photos with them. And that is why I am up at midnight, the night before a 6 am flight typing.

We're off to Sedona, and I'm super excited. I don't really truly mind the heat. My life generally slows down in Summer, so I kind of relish Summer farmer's market trips, eating gelato and people watching. I hope to do a good amount of that on this little vacation - and to track down a travel watercolor set. Because I totally forgot to pick one up before we depart from home in appx four hours. Was too busy snuggling my little pup goodbye.
